Rebekah began her property management career in High School working full-time as a leasing consultant on a property undergoing heavy renovations and repositioning, but quickly excelled into a property manager role shortly thereafter, effectively completing renovation lease-ups at several large communities. Rebekah’s client’s will all attest that Rebekah is . Starting as a part time Leasing Consultant, Rebekah has successfully mastered each level of property management.

Rebekah’s extensive background includes management support of property types consisting of conventional, student, and LIHTC. Rebekah executes successful takeover of communities, aggressive lease-ups with effective rent schedules, strong marketing capabilities, and smooth renovations all adding up to a quick repositioning. She believes our teams and our tenants are our number one, and if we take care of them, they will take care of us. Rebekah has her CALP and is working on completing her CAM designation through the National Apartment Association. She is a member of the Next Gen Committe and was awarded the 2019 Solt Scholarship with the Austin Apartment Association.
