Lyndsay Hanes is a distinguished multifamily operator, with a proven track record of results-oriented performance. No asset type is new to Lyndsay, with 20 years of experience in all range of assets, from high end REIT portfolios, to A, B and value add portfolios with large institutional clients. Lyndsay has years of experience in LIHTC and transitioning LIHTC assets through the qualified contract process for repositioning. Her management style is inspirational, but Lyndsay is also well versed in rolling her sleeves up along side the team.
Lyndsay holds the prestigious Certified Property Manager ® designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management, as well as her CAM and CAPS designations through the National Apartment Association. Always keeping up with new local and state concerns that may affect her clients, Lyndsay is very active with the Austin & Apartment Association. She is co-chair for the Legislative Committee with AAA and serving a three-year term on the Board of Directors.
