Carolina Cruz joins the Metric Property Management Team with over 15 years of diverse multifamily experience. She has led teams working on a range of asset types from renovation, value-add and hotel conversions to luxury Class-A new construction assets. Carolina is a leader with a high focus on team building, career growth, team member satisfaction and operational successes. She holds a Texas Real Estate license and has earned her CAM designation.
